What's the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro ($249) is the self-serve plan for one person — 1,000 profile opens a month, a 1,000-creator watchlist, push to Instantly / Apollo / Lemlist / Smartlead / HubSpot / Gmail, "find 10 more like this", API + MCP access, CSV export, and daily alerts. Enterprise is for teams and companies — multiple seats, higher volume, API at scale, onboarding, and dedicated support, priced to your needs. Book a demo and we'll tailor it.

What counts as a profile open?

Clicking into a creator's full profile page — their bio, engagement, content, and contact info. Searching, seeing cards in results, and hovering is always free. Re-opening the same creator you've already opened in the current month doesn't cost an extra open; one creator per month, regardless of how many times you view them.

What happens if I hit my monthly open cap?

You can keep searching and browsing result cards. Any creator you've already opened this month stays fully unlocked. New creators show a paywall card — upgrade mid-month or wait until the 1st when caps reset.

Do I need to sign up?

No — you can try the product as an anonymous visitor. Anonymous visitors get 5 profile opens per month too (we count via cookie). Signing up free keeps your history across devices and unlocks email reveals on the profiles you've already opened.

Can I use this with a team or for client work?

Pro is single-user and works fine for solo client work. For shared logins, multiple seats, and team collaboration, that's Enterprise — tell us how your team works and we'll set it up. Book a demo above or email support@creatordex.ai.

How fresh is the data?

Profiles are refreshed weekly on average and more often for creators you've added to your watchlist. Every card shows the last-updated timestamp. Data accuracy isn't guaranteed — use your judgment.

What platforms are covered?

TikTok and Instagram today. TikTok coverage is deeper; Instagram is growing. YouTube is on the roadmap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your account page and access continues until the end of your billing period. For paid pilot customers, if it does not work for you in the first 7 days, email support@creatordex.ai and we will refund you.

Do you offer a referral discount?

Yes. If a friend sends you with a referral code (e.g. creatordex.ai/?ref=CODE), you get 30% off your first month. We pay referring friends 50% for 6 months and 15% for 12 more — ask a Creatordex customer or email us to become one.

Can I contact creators directly?

Yes. We surface contact emails and socials. You reach out directly — we're a search tool, not a middleman or an agency.
