Creatordex ("we," "us") is a subscription service that provides a searchable index of publicly available TikTok and Instagram creator profiles. The service is operated by Creatordex at creatordex.ai.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for the security of your credentials. One account per person or organization. Sharing credentials across users or organizations is grounds for termination. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your access continues until that date.
Price changes, if any, will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance and will only apply to billing periods after the notice window. Your first renewal after a price change is your opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Refunds are granted at our discretion, typically only in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, service outages lasting more than 24 hours, or a documented billing error. Partial-month refunds are not provided on cancellation — your access simply continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Email support@creatordex.ai if you believe your case qualifies.
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which will be added at checkout based on your billing address. You are responsible for any taxes owed in your jurisdiction.
You may use Creatordex data for legitimate business purposes including brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and research. You may not: scrape or bulk-download the database beyond normal use, resell creator data as a competing service, use the service to harass or spam creators, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or tier caps. Excessive API or MCP traffic may be throttled or blocked.
Creator profiles are sourced from public data. While we refresh profiles regularly and score for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any creator information — emails can become stale, engagement data lags the source platforms, and we rely on upstream scrapers. Use your own judgment when making business decisions.
When you cancel, your account data (profile, saved searches, watchlist, usage logs) is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by emailing support@creatordex.ai.
Creatordex is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost revenue, failed partnerships, damage to creator relationships, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to abuse of the service, non-payment, or fraudulent chargebacks. On termination for cause, no refund is provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You and Creatordex each waive any right to a jury trial.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes (pricing, refund policy, acceptable use, liability) will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
