Creatordex is a subscription service that provides access to a database of publicly indexed TikTok and Instagram creator profiles. We use AI to score and match creators based on your search queries.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person or organization.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account page — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You may use Creatordex data for legitimate business purposes (brand partnerships, influencer marketing). You may not: scrape or bulk-download the database, resell creator data as a competing service, or use the service for harassment or spam.
Creator profiles are sourced from public data and scored by AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any creator information. Use your own judgment when making business decisions.
Creatordex is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed partnerships, or data inaccuracies.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
